We are the UK's national campaign for a four-day working week. We are independent, non-partisan and are campaigning across the UK for a four-day, 32 hour working week with no loss of pay for workers.

Joe is our Campaign Director. He is also Media and Comms Lead for the think tank Autonomy, a former adviser to Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell MP and a former Labour Party Press Officer.

Aliyah has a background in politics, with in-depth knowledge of national politics and the Parliamentary process, having previously worked as a Parliamentary Assistant for a number of years. She is most excited about the chance for a four-day week to reshape the way we think about work, and for the extra time to do some gardening; if the weather allows.

Phil Lindsey - Social Media Officer and Organiser

Phil is a trade unionist and education worker, with a background in writing for radio (The Skewer, BBC Radio 4) and the stage. He’s excited for a 4-day week because of its potential as a catalyst for change, and because it’s the only way he’s ever going to have enough time to finish Elden Ring.

Sam Hunt - Business Network Coordinator

Sam sees the 4 Day Week Campaign as a unique opportunity to rejuvenate the United Kingdom. A life more productive and innovative, yet also flexible and natural. He has worked on media strategy for the city-state Neom as well as for financial software company Bloomberg LP as an analyst.

Mary-Ann has been active in the Women’s Budget Group for over twenty years and was appointed as its first Director in 2017. She has been Director of the Fawcett Society and a Commissioner on the Women’s National Commission.

Jonathan works at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – the professional body for HR. The body’s charitable mission is better work and better working lives. Jonathan is interested in all aspects of work and the future of work. He authored the CIPD report, employer perspectives on the 4-day week.

Victoria is the CEO of Gingerbread, the charity for single parent families. As a single mum to six children, Victoria is passionate about supporting single parent families. Prior to working at Gingerbread, Victoria was Director of Governance at Macmillan Cancer Support for 12 years.

Will is Director of the think tank Autonomy which focuses on the future of work. He holds a PhD in Politics and Philosophy from the University of Brighton.

Graham is the Assistant Director at the Living Wage Foundation, overseeing the outreach, accreditation and engagement with responsible employers to secure pay rises for low paid workers.
